EasyHome Provider Agreement

This Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between EasyHome (“Platform”, “we”, “our”) and the independent service provider (“Provider”, “you”) who registers on the Platform to offer services to customers.

1. Role of EasyHome

EasyHome provides a digital platform that connects customers with service providers. We do not employ providers and are not responsible for the actual service delivery.

2. Provider Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your services, availability, and pricing.
• Deliver services to customers professionally and on time.
• Maintain all tools, materials, and equipment required for service delivery.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in South Africa.

3. Payments

Payments for completed services will be disbursed to the Provider's wallet. Providers may request withdrawals subject to a minimum threshold and any applicable fees. EasyHome may deduct a commission on each booking as agreed.

4. Independent Contractor

You agree that you are operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or representative of EasyHome. You are solely responsible for your tax obligations.

5. Termination

EasyHome may suspend or terminate this agreement if the Provider breaches any terms, receives consistent negative feedback, or violates customer trust.

6. Liability

EasyHome is not liable for any damages or losses arising out of services rendered by the Provider. You agree to indemnify EasyHome against any claims by customers or third parties resulting from your services.

7. Updates

EasyHome may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates
